WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? CAN I BUY THESE PRODUCTS
At North Paw Pets, you can rest assured that we use the highest quality of pet products in the industry. Our product of choice is PRIDE + GROOM! A line of great smelling & high end grooming products with all natural ingredients. Every PRIDE + GROOM formula contains its own unique blend of essential oils and sustainable ingredients chosen for dogs' specific coat and skin types. We do offer a wide variety of pet products in store.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
For the safety of pets, we don't allow pet parents to assist with the grooming process or to stay in the grooming kennel or bathing areas. However, we do have a viewing area for you to comfortably watch your dog being groomed, And of course, you can always give us a call to check in on your fur baby.

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL NEED. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
For those fur babies in need of a little extra care, we do offer stress relieving techniques such as aromatherapy, calming treats, and a relaxing/soothing environment. Please let our staff know if these techniques will need to be implemented. Additional fees may apply.

Our salon associates are trained to provide positive reinforcement throughout the grooming process. and we always focus on their comfort and wellbeing.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR PETS WHILE THEY ARE IN YOUR CARE
All pets in the salon will have access the fresh water in clean unused bowls throughout their visit. Our staff does nit provide food to pets. Treats are available upon request, but never given without permission.

WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED?
To maintain a safe, comfortable environment, we require all pets to be current on their rabies vaccinations and to wait at least 48 hours after any vaccinations before checking in. Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of paperwork is required. The waiting period helps to ensure your pet isn't sore at the injection site, which can cause irritability or lethargy. This waiting period also is to prevent stressing a pet who may be experiencing an unexpected allergic reaction from a vaccine/vaccination. Puppies and kittens between 8 weeks and 4 months of age may receive services in the salon without vaccinations. Please note: All pets must be in good health prior to receiving any grooming services.
